Jambalaya Cook-Off

Saturday, April 29, 2017 (Memorial Park, Ponchatoula, LA)

Craft Booth/Vendor Application

Set up time will be Saturday, April 29, 2017 from 6:00am – to 7:00am. Vendors must be ready to sell by 9:00am. We ask that vendors do not start tearing down prior to 5:00pm. Vendors will be responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and other displays. Electricity will not be provided. No sales of food or drinks will be permitted. All money and tax obligations are the sole responsibility of the vendor. A sales tax packet will be provided to each vendor and must be completed and turned in before the end of the event. Booth spaces will be assigned on a first come – first served basis and spaces cannot be reserved ahead of time.

10X10 booth space: $50.00 donation. Donations must be received by April 24, 2017.
